This Rotorua holiday home is ideally suited for groups or families up to 8 people.
The house is a 5 minute walk from the Motel and is located in a very quiet street (Carnot Street).
It has a king bed in bedroom 1, and a queen in a second lounge off bedroom 1, (all upstairs) with ensuite bathroom, and a queen in bedroom 2, and two x singles in bedroom 3 (downstairs). The main bathroom and toilet are downstairs along with all the living and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with all whiteware, lots of extra toweling, has private gardens and barbecue area, has an internal remote control lock-up double garage, has underfloor thermal heating, has full sky on a 32 inch flat screen TV, telephone for local calling. There is a cot and a highchair and children toy box. You will love this modern Town house for its facilities, comforts, quietness and handy location.
Normally the house is not serviced on a daily basis. If wanting a service daily there will be a service fee. We do service on a weekly basis free of extra charges.
